Where are they placed in the tank ? How much light do they get ? Nag, Nag, Nag.... lol

If mid to high in the tank try to move them down towards the bottom. Or under a ledge for a little shade.

You dont "have" to feed them, but with how "clean" you run your tank do you spot feed ?

I've noticed they like mysis and cyclopeeze the best. Brine shrimp they will eat but they don't like it as well. I've tried oysters and clams chopped up real small and it's kind of the same as the brine but a little worse. It just sits there and they seem to eat it just to make it go away.

They are all in the 54 now. It has a DIY led fixture. They are on the sand and I don't feed. No algae so I assume tank is still clean. Only thing doing well is the hollywood stunner.

i would have to say you need to feed them if your running that clean. theres not enuff nutrients in the water column for them to absorb . maybe dump the skimmer and go ATS..lol .. the true dirty tank .
